Hi Family & Friends~
Life has been heavenly the last couple of weeks. My son came home & I am on cloud nine. It is so exciting to see him & hug him in person. He has'nt changed to much physically, but mentally he has. He is still my witty guy that makes me laugh so much. He has matured a bit while he has been gone. I guess you would'nt expect any less considering. LOL Here is a picture of his brother Travis holding the sign we made. Like his little uniform that matches his big brother. He was so darn cute!
In other news....my best friend flew down to do some quilting. That was so much fun! We spent two full days quilting & chatting & catching up. This is the friend that my daughter Tarynn went to work for in the south.
I have'nt got to spend to much time with Kathy in the last 10 yrs or so. Our lives led us to different parts of the U.S. but our hearts are always together. You know you have the bestest friend ever when you can be apart for that length of time & just pick up where you left off when you reconnect. I miss her so much.
I did get the dollies done for the girls on our quilting weekend. They loved the bags that were filled with fun. I am hoping to do another doll to put up in my Etsy shop as soon as Taylor leaves for home. I still dont have my quilt top completed. I will share with you all once it is completed. The fabrics I picked were just awesome....very prim!
Well I better get to working on whats more recent.....Thanks for hanging in there with me.
